Day 1: ARRIVE HO CHI MINH CITY
Welcome to Vietnam – Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City
On arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the hotel in the downtown. After doing the check in, you will be free on your own to walk around the city center to get acquainted with the liveliness of this young city.
Day 2: CU CHI TUNNEL – FOODIE TOUR BY MOTORBIKE (B/L)
08.30 AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops. After visiting Cu Chi Tunnels, you will be transfered back to your hotel. Lunch on your own account.
At 06:00PM: Part night excursion, part street food adventure. Your drivers will pick you up at your hotel lobby and first stop is to Café zoom to “watch the world goes by” (quoted by The Lonely Planet) and enjoy cocktail and appetizer (inclusive) before adventuring into favorite local eating spot. Guests experience the nightlife of Saigon the way locals do, all from the back of a vintage Vespa. The tour will start with a ride to part Chinatown and then heading to District 4 through busy streets and alleys to see the night life of locals and enjoy street sea- food and cold drinks, places that foreigner won’t be found. Leaving district 4 to district 3 the tour pass through downtown district 1 to take in the sights on the way to Banh Xeo, specialty of Saigon and southern food with the locals. Then the tour will continue to a hidden Vietnamese-style coffee shop to have a taste of Vietnamese music (live) as a local. After this the tour will bring guest to a lively music venue to enjoy the drinks with live music. Guests ride pillion behind our drivers.
About 10.00 PM, the tour finshes and you will be dropped off at your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 3: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG – CAN THO (B/L/D)
07.30 AM: Having breakfast in hotel.
Our tour guide will pick you up to Can Tho for check-in hotel and have lunch at 12:30. Afternoon, you will be cycling to visit blacksmith family who are working for 50 years and made thousands of knifes and learning this experience by communicating with local people. Then, you continue to visit some local activities and communicate with local people who will share culture. After that, you stop at the traditional house with 3 generations and learn how to make and enjoy the special banana cake with local people.
Late afternoon, you will be back to Mekong Rustic Can Tho for dinner. Overnight in Mekong Rustic Can Tho.
Day 4: CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY – HOI AN (B/L)
In the early morning at 06:00 AM, you will take a boat to Phong Dien floating market – the local market where they pick the tropical fruits from their garden to sell there and have an opportunity to talk to the sellers on their boats. Then you continue to cruise through a beautiful small canals to reach Cai Rang floating market – The biggest whole sale tropical fruits on floating market.
After experiencing floating market, you will visit a local family who made noodles (“hủ tiếu”) by handmade with 3 generations and you can try to learn how to make noddle with them. You will have a light breakfast on local restaurant beside beautiful and quiet canals. Check out at around 11:00. Tour ends in Mekong Rustic Can Tho.
After the trip, we will get back to the hotel for breakfast and relax.
About a scheduled time, your guide will take you back to Ho Chi Minh Airport and get flight to Danang. Lunch en-route at a local restaurant.
When arriving in Danang, you will be welcomed by our driver and transferred to the hotel in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5: HOI AN COUNTRYSIDE CYCLING TOUR (B/L)
Start your Hoi An experiences by greeting our friendly tour guide at your hotel. We then cycle a short distance to escape from the city and main roads to Tra Que village where we meet the locals working on their herb and vegetable gardens and watch and learn how the Vietnamese farm organically.
We continue our cycle ride through the rice fields, meeting local farmers along the way and seeing how friendly their water buffalo are when we have the chance to take a ride with them. We stop at the beautiful water palm area and visit a local fisherman and his family for snacks and chat to them about their lives. We then experience a ride on the traditional bamboo basket boat amidst the famous coconut palms where the Viet Cong used to hide during the War. Finally, we enjoy a leisurely cycle back to the centre of Hoi An.
Day 6: HOI AN MEMORIES SHOW – COOKING CLASS (B/L)
We start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 3863210) – our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 metre swimming pool – towels and showers provided.

At 18h00: Your private driver will come to take you at your hotel in Hoi An to Hoi An Impression Theme Park. The park is a boat that brings tourists back in time to one of the busiest commercial ports in Asia in XVI-XVII century and carries memories of Hoi An 400 years ago back to contemporary people.
After having a panoramic view of an ancient Hoi An through interesting activities and models displayed in the park, at 19:00, let’s move to the area for the impressive Hoi An memories show. This show is an incredible spectacle. The sheer scale of it is comparable to an Olympic Games opening ceremony. Located in an over 25,000 square-metre area, the stage itself is more like a Hollywood set featuring both watery and mountainous scenery and using modern staging techniques, lighting technology and elegant audio effects. Boasting a cast of 500 actors and dancers, it uses stunning and spectacular imagery and as a viewer, you are invited along a 400-hundred-year journey of the town’s growth with all of its grace and prosperity.
Hoi An Memories show begins at 19h30 and finishes at 20h45 everyday (except Tuesday).
After the show, be transfered back by private car to your hotel.

Day 7: HOI AN – BA NA HILLS (B/L)
08.00AM: Our guide and driver will go to your hotel to pick you up and we will head to Ba Na Hills. Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour.
You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, witness the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City.
Have lunch at a restaurant on Ba Na Hills.
Afternoon: Free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park…
Day 8: HOI AN FREE AND EASY (B)
Full day for free at your leisure. O/N in Hoi An.
Day 9: HOI AN – HANOI (B/L)
About 02 hours before your filght, our driver will come to the hotel and take you to the airport for the flight from Hoi An to Hanoi.
Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend between the traditional and the modern beauties. At Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to do check-in.
We will start with a visit
the Temple of Literature – The first University of Vietnam. Next we will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow – speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital then you enjoy the Water Of Puppet Show. We will end the tour at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.
18:30: Start walking street food tour. Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you will taste Hanoi dishes such as Banh Cuon, pho Bo, Banh My Paté at a local eatery. Watch in awe as the skilled chefs demonstrate for you how this tasty dish is put together. Then have the local beer drink “ Bia hoi” Continuing into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter, you wander past street stalls and quiet residential lanes where you can observe local life that has changed little since Hanoi was founded over 1000 years ago. You will sit down with the Hanoi locals in a coffee and drink egg coffee , one of special drink in Hanoi. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 10: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY (B/L)
08.00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.
You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.
Enjoy the superb dinner and stay overnight on board.
Day 11: HA LONG BAY – HA NOI (B/L)
We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
After breakfast, we will explore one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the bay with magnificent scene.
At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi. O/N in Hanoi.
Day 12: DEPARTURE HA NOI (B)
Today is your free time at your leisure to enjoy last moment in the North of Vietnam. About 03 hours before your flight, we transfer you to the airport for your flight.
