Note:

Ghi chú:

  1. Người nước ngoài mang hộ chiếu British National Overseas (BNO) không thuộc diện miễn thị thực và phải có thị thực phù hợp để nhập cảnh Việt Nam.

  2. Theo Quyết định số 80/2020/QĐ-TTg ngày 25/5/2020 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, người mang hộ chiếu nước ngoài được miễn thị thực khi nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh tại đảo Phú Quốc với thời hạn lưu trú không quá 30 ngày.
    Trường hợp trước khi vào Phú Quốc có quá cảnh qua cửa khẩu quốc tế khác của Việt Nam, vẫn được hưởng chính sách miễn thị thực này.

  3. Theo Nghị quyết số 44/NQ-CP ngày 07/3/2025 của Chính phủ, công dân 12 nước (Đức, Pháp, Ý, Tây Ban Nha, Vương quốc Anh, Nga, Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Đan Mạch, Thụy Điển, Na Uy và Phần Lan) được miễn thị thực 45 ngày kể từ ngày nhập cảnh, không phân biệt loại hộ chiếu hoặc mục đích nhập cảnh, với điều kiện đáp ứng các quy định của Luật Nhập cảnh, Xuất cảnh, Quá cảnh và Cư trú của người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam.

    Chính sách miễn thị thực đơn phương có hiệu lực từ 15/3/2025 đến hết 14/3/2028.

    1. Theo Nghị quyết số 11/NQ-CP ngày 15/01/2025, trong khuôn khổ Chương trình kích cầu du lịch năm 2025, công dân Ba Lan, Séc và Thụy Sĩ được miễn thị thực 45 ngày kể từ ngày nhập cảnh, không phân biệt loại hộ chiếu, với điều kiện:

    (i) Đáp ứng điều kiện nhập cảnh theo luật Việt Nam;
    (ii) Hộ chiếu còn giá trị ít nhất 06 tháng kể từ ngày nhập cảnh;
    (iii) Tham gia tour do doanh nghiệp lữ hành quốc tế của Việt Nam tổ chức và có xác nhận đặt tour.

    Chính sách này có hiệu lực từ 01/3/2025 đến 31/12/2025.
